There are several ways to create tickets in the new system.
Website widget
Use the "Report a problem" button in the footer of any MSU Libraries web page to report an issue, ask a question, or give feedback. This feeds into Systems' and Web Technologies' tickets.
Please include a link to the page you're reporting about. The system does not include this automatically in an easily visible way.
Helpdesk website
Each helpdesk has its own website where you can go to browse FAQs or report issues. As departments go live, those links will be added here and on the MSU Libraries Employees guide.
