This guide explains how to use LibAnswers as a helpdesk.

Accessing the back end

To log in to LibAnswers, you will use the same username and password that you use for other Springshare apps (LibInsight, LibCal, LibGuides, etc.).

You can reach LibAnswers from the back end of any other LibApp using the blue navigation button at the top left.

You can also log in at https://ask.library.msstate.edu - at the very bottom of the page there is a "Login to LibApps" link.
