Industry profiles, also called industry reports, are useful when you need an overview of an industry. Here are databases for searching county profiles:
MSU Databases
For Business Source Complete, use the search bar at the top to search by keyword, NAICS code, title, etc. To do a general browse, use the Industry Profiles link on the far right under "Browse".
For Hospitality & Tourism Complete search, scroll down to "document type" and you can limit your search to "report". Hospitality & Tourism Complete covers scholarly research and industry news relating to all areas of hospitality and tourism.
For IBISWorld use the search box on the homepage to search by industry name, keyword, or NAICS code. You can also browse different industries by using the "Industries tab" at the top of the page.
For Gale Business Insights, click on advance search under the search bar; on the field drop down tab you can select industries. You can also scroll down until you see "Content type". Here you can limit the search to industries. On the main page, under the search bar, you can scroll down and see a tab to "browse all companies". If you keep scrolling close to the bottom on the left you will see a tab to "browse all industries".
