MSU Circulation Policies
CDs and all other listening materials:
- Two (2) day check out for MSU students, staff, and courtesy card patrons.
- Seven (7) day check out for MSU faculty.
- Material may be renewed if not requested by another patron. Limit two renewals.
- No grace period.
- A limit of five items, of each material type, may be checked out at one time.
- Fines accumulate at a rate of $1.00 per day or fraction of a day up to a maximum of $10.00 per item. Fines are paid at the Access and Information Desk on second floor. If material is lost, the patron will be held responsible for replacement costs.
Audio cassettes, books with media, and books on CD:
- Twenty-eight (28) day check out by MSU students, staff, and courtesy card patrons.
- Material may be renewed if not requested by another patron. Limit two renewals.
- No grace period.
- MSMS and SHS students have a seven day check out period with no grace period.
- A limit of five items, of each material type, may be checked out at one time.
You must be a current MSU student, faculty member, or staff member to access these resources.
