William Shakespeare: Poet, Playwright, & Actor

William Shakespeare (1564 - 1616) was a poet, playwright, & actor is known as one of the greatest writers of the Renaissance.  Some of his most popular plays include: Romeo & Juliet, Midsummer Night's Dream, Much Ado About Nothing, Hamlet, Macbeth, & Julius Caesar.  Additionaly, he is also remembered for his Sonnets.  ​
