Fall 2020 - Using Your Libraries During COVID-19

Stay safe and "Cowbell Well" in Fall 2020!

The University Libraries began the next phase of reopening on Monday, August 3, 2020. This guide provides updated information on Library procedures for the Fall 2020 semester.

Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, MSU Libraries have provided many services online; provided books, laptops, and hotspots by mail; and assisted students, faculty, and staff with their information needs. Beginning on August 3, the Libraries will open, welcoming students, faculty, and visitors to our facilities.

We've made many changes to our facilities and services to help ensure your safety. These changes include reducing available seating, removing hard-to-disinfect cloth furniture, installing Plexiglass shields at service desks, and distributing hand sanitizer and wipes throughout the building.
