This LibGuide was originally initiated in Feb 2009 by Jason D. Phillips, a former Government Documents & United Nations Reference Librarian at Mississippi State University Libraries.  Two other librarians, Christine Fletcher (from Government Documents Department) and Judy Li (from Reference Department) joined the project in March 2009.  Three librarians worked diligently to build up the comprehensive site content.

We would like to thank and acknowledge all the librarians who have suggested resources on this topic.  Without them, this LibGuide would not be possible.
