MAGNOLIA (Mississippi Alliance for Gaining New Opportunities Through Library Information Access) is a statewide consortium which is funded by the Mississippi Legislature and which provides online databases for publicly funded K-12 schools, public libraries, community colleges, and university libraries in Mississippi.

Through MAGNOLIA, Mississippi residents have access to over 40 quality databases, including the following:

• Academic Search Premier

• AGRICOLA

• Business Source Complete

• Consumer Health Complete

• Environment Complete

• Garden, Landscape & Horticulture Index

• Hospitality & Tourism Index

• Regional Business News

Many of the databases provided through the MSU website are funded through MAGNOLIA. However, by accessing these databases through the MSU Libraries website, MSU students, faculty, and staff have greater access to full-text content by using the Find It button.

For more information, visit the MAGNOLIA website or contact Brad Brazzeal at bbrazzeal@library.msstate.edu or (662) 325-7969.
