Joseph Stiglitz to Visit MSU!

Joseph E. Stiglitz

Mississippi State University will host 2001 Nobel Prize Economics Laureate Joseph E. Stiglitz on Thursday, November 12, 2009.  Dr. Stiglitz helped create the branch of economics known as "The Economics of Information" and is author of numerous books and articles on a variety of economic topics.  He founded one of the leading economics journals, The Journal of Economic Perspectives, and has authored numerous textbooks.

A free lecture is scheduled for November 12, 2009 at 7:00 p.m.
